In-House Dental Membership Plan

Our dental plan is for uninsured patients and includes various services at an affordable price to help minimize the cost of your dental care. Sign up is available January 1st through May 30th to allow for all benefits to be used in the same calendar year. All benefits must be used before plan expires on December 31st.

In-House Plan for Adults

The in-house plan for adults is $330 per year, which includes:

• 2 professional cleanings and check-ups (co-pay if the patient has periodontal disease)
• 2 oral cancer exams
• All routine x-rays
• 1 emergency visit (evaluation with x-ray) 
• Minimum discount of 10% on other services

In-House Plan for Children

The in-house plan for children aged 14 and under is $300 per year, which includes:

• 2 professional cleanings and check-ups
• ​2 topical fluoride varnish
• All routine x-rays
• 1 emergency visit (evaluation with x-ray) 
• Minimum discount of 10% on other services
