Carly Schrade, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Schrade was born and raised in Sterling, Colorado. She studied Human Biology at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and graduated in 2013. She went on to dental school at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and graduated in 2017. She also takes continuing education classes as often as possible each year.
She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and loves working with special needs patients, children, and elderly patients. For the past five+ years, she has been the lead dentist for a non-profit dental clinic in Louisville, CO, where her husband is a firefighter-paramedic.
Her goal in starting Pradera Dental is to provide high-quality dental care and education for your entire family. She hopes to promote a lifelong relationship built on trust, confidence, and exceptional patient care. She is excited to be able to give back to the community that has given so much to her.
Outside of the dental office, you can find her waterskiing, snow-skiing, or enjoying a good campfire. She loves taking care of her vegetable and flower gardens, but right now, most of her free time is spent working on home renovation projects with her husband, Mack. They have a rambunctious golden retriever named Rocco, who is already loving becoming a farm dog, and an equally energetic two-year-old son Brady, as well as chickens and farm cats.

Justine
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
As an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) with a decade of experience in dentistry, Justine brings exceptional expertise and a genuine passion for patient care to our practice. Joining our team in May 2023, Justine has quickly become an integral part of our close-knit group.
Justine received her dental education and training from the Dental Assisting School in Broomfield, CO, in 2013. Her commitment to professional growth led her to pursue an EDDA course in Longmont, CO in 2020, further expanding her skills and knowledge.
Working with patients is the highlight of Justine's day. She enjoys meeting new faces and building lasting relationships with familiar ones. Taking and studying x-rays is a particular favorite of hers, as it allows her to assist patients in getting the answers they need when facing dental concerns.
A fascination with dentistry from a young age and a genuine love for dental visits spurred Justine's decision to join the dental field. Her positive childhood experiences at the dentist's office drive her dedication to delivering excellent care and ensuring patients feel at ease during their visits.
Beyond her dental career, Justine enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. She finds solace in reading, fishing, camping, and cooking, with a particular passion for spending long hours fishing, finding the activity incredibly relaxing.
An interesting fact that many may not know about Justine is that she holds dual citizenship as a Canadian and American citizen.

Madison
Office Manager
Meet Madison, our office manager. With a Bachelor's in business administration from Colorado State University, she brings her expertise to handle various responsibilities such as answering phones, scheduling patients, billing, and insurance coordination.
What Madison loves most about her role is the opportunity to interact and have engaging conversations with community members and her fellow team members. Although she hasn't worked in dentistry before joining our practice in May 2023, Madison has seamlessly integrated her customer service skills gained from previous jobs into the dental setting.
Outside of work, Madison's time is devoted to her three young boys. Despite having little spare time, she enjoys reading and walking in the park. One unique aspect of Madison is her newfound hobby of baking, especially indulging in sourdough recipes. Surprisingly, despite having ten chickens, she confesses to having been afraid of birds throughout her life.
